Meeting Room
Full day – $240 + GST, Half day $120 + GST
We are able to organise any catering required for breakfast, morning/afternoon tea, lunch or dinner. Rates can be quoted as appropriate. Please let us know if you have any other requirements for what is in the meeting room and we will do our best to accommodate these. BOOKING NOW
An attractive large meeting room available for meetings or workshops up to 12 people. Great out-of-Auckland venue for a wide range of individual or team sessions such as planning days, team building, workshops, mediations, arbitrations, etc. It is also ideal as a quiet, private space for employers and employees to have staff meetings, employee appraisals or disciplinary meetings.

Rental Sheet for Lilburn Workspace
This table summarises the rental costs for each of the offices available for rent within the Lilburn Workspace, a shared and supported office environment created by local small businesses in Warkworth.

The rent is inclusive of office management, cleaning and materials, rates and water charges. It excludes provision of phone and line rental, broadband and power, which will be on a per business basis.

All charges are based on a one year initial rental agreement. We welcome longer tenancy arrangements and can negotiate terms for longer leases.
